Security Officer Full Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, drivers, and vendors by following site-specific security-related procedures and front desk policies at a logistics and distribution location;
Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas;
Answer and route incoming calls, receive deliveries, and communicate visitor, shipment, and access information to appropriate site personnel;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures;
Maintain accurate records of visitor activity, incidents, and front desk communications, and report unusual activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management
