Ciel Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work across campus on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boiler, and HVAC systems. You will support preventative maintenance and special projects, document completed work, and participate in on-call rotations.
The role requires EPA universal and HVAC qualifications, 3–5 years’ building maintenance experience, and a valid New Jersey driver’s license. OSHA/EPA compliance and safety adherence are emphasized.
