We are currently seeking a Material Handler with forklift experience to join a high-performing team in Dayton, NJ. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for career advancement.

The Material Handler is responsible for efficiently moving materials using sit-down, reach, and stand-up forklifts while maintaining a safe, organized, and high-volume work environment. The ideal candidate thrives in non-climate-controlled conditions, can handle physically demanding work, and is eager to grow within the company.

• Operate sit-down, reach, and stand-up forklifts safely and effectively.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Lift and transport items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization.
• Work in a non-air-conditioned environment while following safety protocols.
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks.
• Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

• 2–3 years of experience in a physically demanding, work-hardened environment.
• Proficiency with sit-down, reach, and stand-up forklifts (certification preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physically intensive tasks.
• Experience working in hot and cold conditions without climate control.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to grow.
