Proposed Salary Range: $19.00/hr - $20.50/hr

• Multitask and provide detailed written and verbal communications/documentation.
• Execute standard operating procedures to process overages, shortages & damages (OS&D), perform load closures, data entry, and pull reports.
• Cover load-planning, receiving, and picking when necessary.
• Assist with daily task reconciliation and research on invalid cases.
• Prepare pick sheets for the team to complete.
• Take ownership of warehouse functions; ensure processes are completed correctly.
• Effectively communicate via phone and email to internal and external personnel.
• Promote safety awareness and cultivate a safety culture throughout the company.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience with RF scanners.
• At least 1 year of forklift driving experience with Swing Reach, Reach Truck, and Order Picker.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
• AS400 Warehouse Management system knowledge.
• Organized, detailed, and capable of multi-tasking.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong communication skills.

• Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable walking/standing 90% of the day.
• Comfortable elevating on an Order Picker (OP) and Swing Reach (SW) up to 35 ft.
