Controllerplaysakeyroleinmanagingthecompany’sday-to-dayaccountingoperations,withprimaryoversightof
Accounts
Payable,weeklycheckruns,andsupportofmonth-endandyear-endcloseprocesses.
The Assistant Controllerleadsthefull -cycle
Accounts
PayableprocessandsupervisesAPstaff,ensuringvendorandsubcontractorpaymentsareaccurate,timely,andproperlysupported.
Thisrolealsosupportsgeneralledgeraccountingandfinancialreportingthroughjournalentries,account reconciliations,account analysis,andclosingactivities.
Workingcloselywith Project Manager sand Operations personnel ,the Assistant
Controllersupportsaccuratejobcostreporting,WIPschedules,project accounting,andinsuranceandcomplianceactivities.
Thispositionalsohelpsstrengtheninternalcontrolsandimproveaccountingprocessesandofferstheopportunitytogrowintobroaderfinancialleadershipresponsibilitieswithin Re Arch .

Theanticipatedstartingpayforthispositionis $92,500–$105,000/year,dependingonexperience.
Theidealcandidatewillhavea Bachelor’sdegreein
Accounting,Finance,orequivalentexperienceandatleast5yearsofprogressiveaccountingexperience,preferablywithintheconstructionindustry.
Candidatesshouldhaveexperiencemanaging Accounts Payableprocessesandstaff ,alongwithastrongunderstandingofgeneralledgeraccounting,financial reporting,andmonthlycloseprocesses.
CandidatesshoulddemonstrateknowledgeofGAAPandinternalcontrols,advanced
Microsoft
Excel skills,andproficiencywithaccountingandERPsystems.
Experience with Sage
300
CRE,Sage Intacct,orotherjob-costingsoftwareandfamiliaritywithconstructionaccountingpracticesarepreferred.
Thesuccessfulcandidatewillbedetail-orientedandanalytical,withstrongproblem-solving,leadership,andcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytomeetdeadlinesinafast-paced environment.
