Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry is seeking a Sustainability Metrics Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and data management skills, some sustainability experience, all of which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?- Assist with company seeking B Corp Certification:
Collect, analyze, and manage sustainability data (energy, waste, transportation, packaging, Scope 1–3 emissions) to support climate, circularity, and nature initiatives. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external suppliers to gather ingredient, packaging, human rights, and other social‑mission–related data.
- Synthesize sustainability, social impact, and governance insights into clear reports for certifications (B Corp, Fairtrade) and the Social & Environmental Assessment Report (SEAR).
- Lead timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
- Manage administrative tasks for the Social Mission team, including purchase orders and ensuring timely supplier payments.
- BA or MS Degree or equivalent work experience in sustainability, CSR, or socially progressive initiatives.
- Required:
3–5 years of experience in one of the following CSR/ESG/sustainability reporting; familiarity in GHG Protocol and ESG frameworks; B Corp experience a plus. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and complex work streams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Office (advanced Excel/PowerPoint), and data visualization tools. Power BI, SAP and AI willingness a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong visual storytelling skills, and high attention to detail with strong self‑motivation.
