We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of BETA’s external events—think Farnborough Airshow, industry conferences, customer engagements, aircraft showcases, and high-visibility activations with stakeholders across our industry. This role sits within the BETA Commercial team and ensures that complex events run smoothly from start to finish through meticulous logistics management, vendor coordination, on-site operations, and cross-functional communication.
This role is based in South Burlington, Vermont, with travel.
Compensation / salary range: 75,000 - 95,000 USD, yearly.
