Salary Range: $21.00 To $25.59 Hourly

The Patient Services Representative is responsible for providing high-quality customer service to patients, co-workers, and all visitors to CHC. Pre- and post-visit planning, patient outreach, panel management, coordination and facilitation of home visits, efficiently managing clinical patient flow including patient registration, coordinating with clinical staff, answering patient questions, and/or referring patients to other CHC services or departments. T
his position will be at our Good Health Clinic.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diplomaor GED
• Prior experience in a related field preferred
• High-levelcustomerserviceskills, including theabilitytomaintainaneventoneinthefaceofconflict.
• Goodcomputerskills, including accurate data entry and the ability to use Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook,aswellaselectronicschedulingsystems.
• Abilitytoconveydetailedinformationclearly,ensuringothersunderstand.
• Abilitytogivefullattentiontowhatothersaresaying,tounderstandthepointsbeingmade,andtoaskappropriateclarifyingquestions.
• Abilitytoself-motivate,attendtoandretaindetail,and prioritize/re-prioritizewithminimum supervision.
• Abilitytohandleafast-pacedandchangingenvironment.
• Willingnesstowork inavarietyoflocations and service lines forshiftsasneeded.
