Call Center Representative

We are seeking a Contact Center Representative for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity!

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with occasional Saturday hours from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM).

• Customer Engagement & Transactional Excellence:
  Serve as a primary point of contact, delivering a warm, professional, and empathetic experience. Accurately process a wide range of financial transactions, account maintenance requests, card services, and basic digital banking needs in accordance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Financial Guidance & Relationship Building:
  Conduct discovery conversations to understand customers' unique financial goals. Recommend appropriate product solutions and seamlessly refer customers to specialized teams for advanced needs.
• Product Expertise & Digital Support:
  Maintain a strong understanding of our full product suite, guiding customers through digital tools and troubleshooting online/mobile issues to enhance their self-service capabilities.
• Team Collaboration & Operational Support:
  Partner with peers and leadership to resolve complex service issues, identify process enhancements, and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Technical Agility & Compliance:
  Effortlessly navigate multiple software systems in a fast-paced environment. Fully comply with all internal policies, applicable laws, and regulatory standards.

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Experience:
  
  1 to 3 years of similar or related customer service experience (prior experience in a fast-paced call center or financial institution environment preferred).
• Education:
  
  High School
• Experience:
  
  1-4 years
• Qualifications:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Communication & Empathy:
  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate tact, courtesy, and empathy?especially during sensitive or difficult customer interactions.
• Detail & Accuracy:
  Strong attention to detail, sound decision-making judgment, and high transactional accuracy.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Proficiency operating computers, standard office equipment, and navigating technology-driven systems in a multi-channel environment (phone, chat, text).
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving:
  Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities on time in a fast-paced team environment.
• Background Clearances:
  High level of dependability and trustworthiness. Must be able to successfully pass a background check.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
