Senior Consumer Services Associate

Ben & Jerry's is hiring a Senior Consumer Services Associate in South Burlington, VT.

This isn't your typical customer service role.

As a key voice of Ben & Jerry's, you'll connect directly with fans across the U.S. and Canada, helping to answer questions, solve problems, and create positive experiences that reflect our values and our brand. This role is best suited for someone with experience in a call center, contact center, consumer affairs, or customer care environment where balancing conversations across phone, email, and chat is part of the daily rhythm.

Alongside consumer interactions, you'll manage projects, investigate issues, and work across teams to help continuously improve the consumer experience.

• Loves helping people and building meaningful connections
• Has experience in a call center, contact center, consumer affairs, customer care, or similar high-volume consumer support environment
• Communicates with empathy, professionalism, and confidence across phone, email, and digital channels
• Stays calm and solution-oriented when handling complex questions, concerns, or escalations
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing consumer interactions with projects and competing priorities
• Enjoys collaborating across teams and taking ownership from inquiry to resolution
• Brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple work streams at once
