Qualification requirements:

Educational background:

Ph.d. Or master's degree in aviation maintenance, aeronautical engineering, or a related field, earned in residence through a full-time program at an accredited institution. Relevant certifications (airframe and power plant (a&p) certification).

Industry experience:

Practical experience in aircraft maintenance roles, including work in maintenance facilities or with airline companies, is desirable.

Possess expertise in aviation maintenance technology: in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, and regulatory compliance; aircraft systems: understanding of various aircraft systems, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and propulsion systems; safety and regulatory standards: familiarity with ecaa regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices in aircraft maintenance; inspection and quality control: expertise in inspection techniques, quality assurance, and maintenance documentation; troubleshooting and repair: skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults in aircraft.

Language

Knowledge of et working language english is mandatory.
