  • Perform requirements analysis to ensure testability and maintain bidirectional traceability between requirements, verification activities, and results
  • Execute and support testing across integration labs, HIL, environmental qualification, and ground/flight environments
  • Analyze test data using tools such as MATLAB or Python and clearly document results to substantiate compliance
  • Support certification activities by preparing verification evidence, managing anomalies and deviations, and participating in conformity inspections and test witnessing
  • Collaborate with systems engineering and cross‑functional teams to resolve requirement gaps and ensure verification completeness
  • Verify high‑voltage systems including batteries, power electronics, distribution systems, and safety/protection mechanisms
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in verification, validation, systems, or test engineering in aerospace or another safety‑critical industry
  • Experience developing verification artifacts for complex hardware or integrated systems
  • Strong understanding of requirements‑based verification and traceability
  • Experience with requirements and PLM tools such as Polarion, DOORS, Jira, or Windchill
  • Hands‑on experience with system integration, HIL, environmental, or ground testing
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MATLAB, Python, or equivalent
  • Strong technical documentation and communication skills
Above And Beyond Qualifications
  • Familiarity with high‑voltage and battery standards (SAE, UL, IEC, DO‑311, ASTM) and experience with certification frameworks such as ARP
    4754A and FAA/EASA programs
  • Experience supporting conformity, test witnessing, or certification compliance activities
