Tax Advisor; Corporate Tax

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is working with a well-established, privately held organization with multiple operating entities that is seeking a Corporate Tax Analyst to join its in-house tax function. This role provides hands-on exposure to federal and state corporate taxation in a collaborative, professional environment and is well-suited for candidates transitioning from public accounting.

This is a fully remote role, but candidates should live in VT, MA, or NH currently to apply.

• Assist with preparation and review of federal and state corporate income tax returns
• Support quarterly and annual income tax provision processes
• Coordinate tax compliance activities, payments, and filings across multiple jurisdictions
• Contribute to tax forecasting, analysis, and impact assessments related to legislative or business changes
• Support tax audits and inquiries in partnership with internal stakeholders and external advisors
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and other business teams
• Monitor changes in tax law and assess potential organizational impact

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of tax experience, ideally from a Big 4 or large public accounting firm
• Federal corporate income tax experience strongly preferred
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to tax provision or ERP systems is a plus

Compensation: $65-75k/year depending on experience
