As a Lead Management and Program Analyst, you will provide advice and technical assistance to managers and staff on a wide variety of Financial Management matters in supporting the operational activities, goals, and mission of Human Capital and Training.

Leads the team in identifying, distributing, and balancing workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established workflow and skill level.

EDUCATIONAL SUBSTITUTION:

Voluntary Separation Incentive Payment (VSIP):
