Ambulatory Care Pharmacist Clinician – Primary Care

A healthcare organization in Vermont is recruiting for an OP Ambulatory Pharmacist Clinician to work across multiple sites in the Burlington area. This advanced practice pharmacist will promote optimal drug use outcomes and be part of the pharmacy care team serving primary care patients. Candidates must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, be licensed in Vermont and/or New York, and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

3 years of experience is preferred, along with specialized knowledge in clinical therapeutics.
