Your day-to-day as an On-Site Data Entry Supervisor:

• Provide direct oversight and support to agency employees to ensure effective communication and development
• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor and build strong relationships with staff
• Deliver timely coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to temporary staffing employees
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding scheduling, pay, attendance, and workplace issues
• Collaborate closely with internal leadership and participate in ongoing training and orientation programs
• Monitor site metrics and address behavioral or performance concerns as they arise

Your skills and experience:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
• Experience providing constructive feedback and coaching
• Problem‑solving skills for addressing employee and workflow issues
• Adaptability to changing environments and willingness to participate in ongoing training
