Production Technician

We are currently seeking reliable, hard-working production workers for our expanding operation. The positions are in South Burlington, Vermont. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality.

• Produces equipment by assembling parts and subassemblies.
• Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
• Follow all written and verbal instructions.
• Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
• Cleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools.
• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Fabricating packaging for shipment.
• Executing on material transactions in our ERP system.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years' experience working in industrial production or in the electrical field is strongly preferred
