Our client is a leading provider of packaging supplies, dedicated to delivering quality products through efficient manufacturing processes. They are seeking a Production Lead to join their team.

• Rotate throughout the facility to identify and address production bottlenecks
• Delegate tasks or execute assignments directly to meet daily priorities
• Set up and operate various equipment such as CNC machines and cutting tables
• Communicate project requirements and operational challenges with team members and management

• Strong basic math skills, including fractions and decimals
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
