BETA Technologies is seeking aProduction Planning Lead to help define the future of flight. You will work with a highly motivated, cross-functional team to bring a radicalaircraft to production. Bringing innovation to planning, you will be a critical part in BETA realizing its aggressive manufacturing goals while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the industry. This means stepping in and providing an immediate positive impact to BETA in our march to full production.

The Production Planning Lead for Major Sub-Assemblies plays a key role in ensuring efficient and timely delivery of the internally produced sub-assemblies to the Final Assembly Line (FAL) and internal/external customers. As a Production Planning Lead you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing production schedules, coordinating with various teams including Manufacturing, Procurement, and Warehousing & Logistics ensuring that all parts and materials are available for uninterrupted production.

This role requires a high energy individual, strong organizational skills, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to communicate effectively across various departments.
