The assignment begins on 01/04/2026 and offers a steady 40‑hour work week with competitive weekly compensation ranging from $2,188 to $2,240.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, and deliver timely, safe medication administration in accordance with facility policy and regulatory requirements. Perform wound and skin care, coordinate IV therapy where appropriate, monitor for acute changes, and respond with clinically appropriate interventions. Emphasize patient and family education, falls prevention, infection control, and documentation that supports continuity of care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—physicians, social workers, therapists, and nursing assistants—to ensure transitions of care are seamless and outcomes improve steadily.
