• Deliver direct bedside nursing care for adult Med/Surg patients, including ongoing assessment, care planning, and coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient responses, and manage IV therapies and routine diagnostic tests.
• Document care in the Epic EMR with accurate, timely charting and communication of changes in patient status.
• Monitor and respond to clinical changes, provide bedside procedures as ordered, and participate in discharge planning and patient education.
• Provide geriatric‑focused care, with emphasis on safety, fall prevention, mobility support, and family communication.
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and other disciplines to ensure patient safety, quality outcomes, and smooth care transitions.

• Active RN license (Oregon) or equivalent; current licensure must be held to practice.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Acute Care/Med‑Surg nursing experience.
• Current travel nursing experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association) certifications required.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.
• Ortho experience strongly preferred; geriatric patient care experience beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hospital Med/Surg setting and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
