University of Vermont Health - Home Health & Hospice seeks an RN for a per-diem/home health role in Vermont. The RN will deliver a full range of skilled nursing care at patients' homes, with emphasis on education and palliative support, while guiding families through care plans.
On orientation, candidates should commit to full-time hours for 6–8 weeks; post-orientation, the role requires at least 20 hours a month with weekend/overnight availability.
