Weeks. This travel position offers 40 guaranteed hours per week with the Evening and/or Overnight shift options. Weekly pay ranges from $1,857 to $1,987 per week. This is a travel - temporary assignment arranged by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

• Travel - temporary assignment

• Provide routine nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under the direction of a supervising clinician
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders; document administration and patient response
• Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, and communicate changes to the care team
• Assist residents with activities of daily living; promote dignity, safety, and comfort
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate charting and ensure infection control and safety standards are met

• Active LPN license in Vermont (or eligibility to practice in VT)
• Current BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting preferred
• Ability to work evenings and/or overnight shifts and travel for temporary assignments
• Effective communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
