Registered Nurse (LTC) – Memory Care specialist needed for a travel assignment in South Burlington, Vermont.

Start date:

11/10/2026. Duration: several weeks. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: Nights, 23:00-07:00 (5 x 8-hour shifts). Setting: LTC with memory care residents. This on-site role offers a consistent night schedule and a chance to support residents in a memory care environment.

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a memory care setting within a long-term care framework
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans; monitor vital signs and clinical status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; document accurately in the electronic MAR
• Respond promptly to changes in resident condition; assist with emergency interventions as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively with families and care partners
• Maintain safety, infection control, and high-quality care standards; document observations and ensure continuity of care

• Active Registered Nurse license (state of Vermont or eligible to practice in VT)
• Ability to work night shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Minimum 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Willingness to work in a long-term care/memory care setting
• Experience in LTC/memory care preferred but not required for eligibility
