As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to give everyone who enters the store an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company, proud of it, passionate about our products, and a builder of brand loyalty, all while representing our values and bringing your REAL self to work every day.

• You engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a “friends first” mindset.
• You educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• You are flexible and can move between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You support your team and help get the job done.
• You act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Minimum age 16 years.
