Retail Sales Consultant – South Burlington, VT – AT&T

We’re offering a $3,000 Sign On Bonus ($500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, and $2,000 at 1 year of service) for external candidates. (Internal employees are not eligible).

Take your sales career to the next level. Your goal is to create meaningful connections with every customer, using your personalized sales expertise. Meeting sales targets and earning commissions comes through AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services.

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends; monthly seniority‑based schedules are released two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment and keep up with evolving technology to meet customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided.

Retail sales consultants earn between $44,000 and $63,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities. Starting salary within this range depends on geography, experience, expertise, and training.
