As a mechanic with a passion for aviation, you will work on our second shift (Sunday‑Wednesday, 3:30 pm–1:30 am). Training will be conducted on the first shift for up to six months. You will travel up to 25 % of the time.

• Perform a variety of duties, including servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing equipment.
• Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to meet specific customer specifications.
• Manage technical products, services logistics, provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations for assigned customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, recommending actions to company or customer representatives while assessing product needs.

• Serve as a local on‑site RTX representative to the customer’s organization, managing statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements.

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2‑year post‑high‑school training) with a minimum of four years of experience as an A&P Technician.
• Active A&P License.

• Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management.
• Heavy hangar/FBO/field experience – rigging, R&I, MRP’s, aircraft interface.
• Shop/bench refurbishment experience.
• Experience with inspection, refurbishment, troubleshooting, repair, and return‑to‑service of engines, modules, and components.
• Airframe experience with Pratt & Whitney Canada (PWC)-powered aircraft.
• Previous customer service experience.

• Onsite:
  Employees working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite, including production and maintenance workers essential to engine development.

Salary range: $43,400 USD – $82,600 USD. Eligibility depends on the specific business unit and collective‑bargaining agreements.
