As a mechanic with a passion for aviation, you will work on our second shift (Sunday‑Wednesday, 3:30 pm–1:30 am). Training will be conducted on the first shift for up to six months. You will travel up to 25 % of the time.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of duties, including servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing equipment.
- Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to meet specific customer specifications.
- Manage technical products, services logistics, provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations for assigned customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, recommending actions to company or customer representatives while assessing product needs.
- Serve as a local on‑site RTX representative to the customer’s organization, managing statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements.
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2‑year post‑high‑school training) with a minimum of four years of experience as an A&P Technician.
- Active A&P License.
- Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management.
- Heavy hangar/FBO/field experience – rigging, R&I, MRP’s, aircraft interface.
- Shop/bench refurbishment experience.
- Experience with inspection, refurbishment, troubleshooting, repair, and return‑to‑service of engines, modules, and components.
- Airframe experience with Pratt & Whitney Canada (PWC)-powered aircraft.
- Previous customer service experience.

Employees working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite, including production and maintenance workers essential to engine development.
Salary range: $43,400 USD – $82,600 USD. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Eligibility depends on the specific business unit and collective‑bargaining agreements.

-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
