The Platform Product Team Lead will coordinate our Developer & Cloud Platform team in creating innovative, scalable solutions that empower software teams to deliver solutions more efficiently and securely. This hybrid role combines product ownership and people management, where you'll own the "what and why" of platform products, roadmap development, and team leadership. You'll be spending time on deep customer discovery, ruthless prioritization, and supporting people development.

Partnering closely with a team full of technical leaders who own architecture and implementation, you'll create self-serve platform products with robust guard rails that enable software teams to develop and operate tools with autonomy. We're seeking someone who can earn the team's respect through technical credibility while excelling at product sense and people leadership, ultimately delivering comprehensive platform solutions that accelerate software delivery.
