The Accounts Payable Analyst performs and manages the Accounts Payable Paycycle process which includes reviewing, auditing and approving all final payments in the Pay Cycle process. Performs and researches the Accounts Payable exceptions on the Pay Cycle process and analyzing and determining solutions.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other Business related field with 2 years of accounting experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities- Knowledge of the principles, practices, theories and terminology of accounting/bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of state government fiscal accounting processes.
- Ability to interpret and apply financial procedures and regulations.
- Ability to perform analysis of financial records.li>
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
