For over 50 years, Carolina Canners, Inc has operated as an independent Pepsi bottler and production cooperative located in Cheraw, SC. Backed by over 600 employees, a strong group of subsidiaries, and three selling distribution centers, CCI proudly distributes over 28 million cases of drinks per year to the Carolinas and the Southeast.

A highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Accountant. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Prepare and post journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
• Assist with audits.
• Maintain organized records and assist in document management for reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc requests as assigned.
