Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a professional Accounting Specialist to join a growing team in Spartanburg, SC. This is a full time, temporary to hire position. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems.

• Accurately process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Review and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Maintain organized, current financial records and supporting documentation
• Support month-end and year-end close
• Assist with audits by preparing and providing required documentation and schedules
• Address vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies or billing issues
• Complete general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining financial systems
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to support accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Help prepare financial statements and related reports

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of general accounting support work
• Strong AP & AR skills
• Experience working in ERP systems
• Strong MS Excel skills

• Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5pm
• 100% ONSITE

• $50,000
• Temporary to Hire
