Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Operations Clerk II – (On‑Site) – Columbia, SC 29203
Pay Rate:
Starts at $23.00/hr (M–F, 8am–5pm). 1‑Year Term.
Start Date:
ASAP.
- Analyze and cleanse data to ensure accuracy & quality.
- Assist and research accounts receivable; resolve inquiries & discrepancies promptly.
- Perform standard and non‑routine business processes to support branch operations.
- Create orders for quoted jobs/installations in SAP (limited complexity/unique requirements).
- Collaborate with internal/external customers, prioritizing customer needs & expectations.
- Address & resolve flagged purchase orders and 3rd‑party order issues.
- Support multiple business units, ensuring proper documentation, accurate billing/invoicing & timely payments.
- Maintain a safe working environment and culture.
- Travel up to 5%.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 3 years’ relevant experience, OR bachelor’s degree with comparable capability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
- ERP experience required.
- Strong analytical mindset & problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to independently research, resolve discrepancies & meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.
- Familiarity with standard IT business tools & rapid learner of new applications.
- Experience using Field Service or CRM platforms (e.g., MS Field Service, MS CRM).
- Demonstrated experience supporting operations, accounts receivable, or business process improvement.
- Experience in a multi‑unit, cross‑functional environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development & results‑driven performance.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and customer service orientation.
