Accounting Assistant

Salary: $28-32 per hour.

• Process accounts payable transactions and ensure invoices are handled accurately and timely.
• Assist with daily cash position activities and support overall accounting operations.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support payroll processing and related administrative accounting functions.
• Handle supply purchasing, requisitions, and departmental support activities.
• Cross-train in multiple accounting functions to provide team support and operational flexibility.

Type:
Temp to Hire.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, OR 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Previous experience with accounts payable, reconciliations, or general accounting functions preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work with accounting systems, spreadsheets, and standard business software.
• Professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Clean background check and satisfactory personal credit history required.
