• Review and process vendor invoices in compliance with state procurement laws, agency policies, and financial procedures.
• Process purchase orders, payment vouchers, and fund reservations in SCEIS accurately and timely.
• Resolve payment discrepancies with vendors and agency staff.
• Maintain accounts payable records and supporting documentation.
• Provide assistance on payment, procurement, and accounts payable processes.
• Ensure timely payments and compliance with state fiscal regulations.
• Support audits, financial reporting, and process improvements.

• A high school diploma and entry-level experience in accounting or bookkeeping. A bachelor's degree with multiple accounting courses may be substituted for required work experience.
