We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations in Johns Island, South Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage complete bookkeeping activities across multiple entities while also contributing to smooth office administration. The right candidate brings strong Quick Books expertise, communicates professionally with clients and subcontractors, and works effectively with external service partners.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping functions, including maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting cycle.
• Process vendor invoices and payments while ensuring accounts payable activity is timely, organized, and properly documented.
• Manage customer billing and collections, keeping accounts receivable current and addressing payment issues as needed.
• Reconcile bank and financial accounts on a regular basis to confirm accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain bookkeeping records for more than one company, ensuring each entity is tracked separately and reported correctly.
• Use Quick Books to record transactions, generate financial information, and support reliable day-to-day accounting operations.
• Assist with office coordination tasks such as purchasing supplies and serving as a point of contact for outside IT and HR providers.
• Build positive working relationships by interacting professionally with high-end clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
