• Manage a portfolio of client accounting relationships, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery.
• Review monthly accounting work, financial data, and reporting while maintaining quality standards across multiple client accounts.
• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit tax returns while providing proactive tax planning guidance.
• Lead client discussions, participate in discovery meetings, and identify opportunities to improve processes and financial outcomes.
• Mentor and coach accounting team members through performance feedback, technical support, and professional development.
• Evaluate client profitability, technology utilization, and service delivery to drive efficiency and strengthen long-term relationships.

Type:
Direct Hire

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) designation required; CPA designation is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting and tax experience with the ability to work independently
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, multi-state taxation, and a variety of entity types, including nonprofit organizations
• Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as Quick Books Online, , Dext, and related technologies preferred
• Proven leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
