Seafields by Bishop Gadsden is seeking a Business Office Assistant to support our business operations, resident billing, payroll, vendor management, and financial reporting activities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team within a premier senior living community dedicated to exceptional service.
What You'll Do:- Support resident billing, meal plan administration, and account maintenance
- Assist with monthly billing processes, resident inquiries, and entrance fee reporting
- Manage vendor records, compliance documentation, and statement reconciliations
- Support payroll processing, employee record maintenance, and HR administration
- Prepare deposits, sales tax returns, invoices, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Assist with financial reporting, inventory tracking, fixed assets, and annual audits
- Collaborate closely with business office and administrative teams to ensure operational excellence
Requirements
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration or related field)
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping, accounting, and/or HR experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines
- Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service
