Duties and Responsibilities:- Review and prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing.
- Upload invoices into customer portals.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as service and delivery, to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be reliable and deadline driven
- Proficiency with Excel
