The Front Desk Operations Assistant for the Office of Housing & Residence Life works under the general supervision of the Director of Housing & Residence Life and requires a high degree of customer service, organizational and communication skills and the ability to operate independently. They will be responsible for helping with administrative and para-professional responsibilities and managing front desk operations to include student workers.
Two-year degree with two years of work experience. A valid driver’s license and safe driving history are required. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. Bachelor’s degree.
Must have ability to effectively plan and organize work activities and prioritize task completion according to schedules and goals. Strong written and oral communication skills are needed. Must possess excellent customer service skills and computer skills.
