Adecco is now hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Records Support Specialist to support a Central Records department in Columbia, SC. This role combines office support with hands-on records organization in a secure and professional environment.

Schedule & PayMonday, Wednesday, Friday
8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
$15–$17 per hour (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities- Organize, maintain, and classify physical and electronic records
- Research and file documents according to retention schedules
- Alphabetize, label, box, and rebox records accurately
- Operate office equipment (printer, copier, scanner, computer)
- Use hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks, and liftgates to move boxed records
- Load, unload, and transport records to designated areas
- Maintain confidentiality and follow agency policies
- Support additional records and office projects as assigned
- Lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs daily
- Bend, stoop, climb stairs and ladders while handling materials
- Ability to perform both office work and physical tasks
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable in both office and active work settings
- Basic computer and office equipment experience
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Records, office, or warehouse experience is a plus
$15.00 to $17.00 per hour
