Location: Columbia
Under direct supervision of the admin coord II, the incumbent provides executive-level administrative support to the assistant deputy director for prisons (ADDP) and regional directors.
The incumbent supports ten (10) divisions within the office of operations and twenty-one (21) institutions.
Shares co-lateral duties with the assistant deputy director for operations (ADDO) office coordinator.
Responsibilities include coordinating projects, maintaining daily reports, and managing all correspondence, telephone calls, and inquiries received from internal divisions and external vendors.
On call/Essential employee.

Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
SCDC
Minimum Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree and four (4) years of business management, public administration, administrative services experience
OR
- An associate’s degree and six (6) years of business management, public administration, administrative services experience
OR
- A high school diploma and eight (8) years of business management, public administration, administrative services experience.
Prefer experience with CRT/SCEIS/Excel/Microsoft and basic computer systems.
