** What this job involves
** The Workplace Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experiences through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service within a select portfolio of properties. This client-facing role serves as the primary point of contact for colleague inquiries and service delivery, combining hospitality expertise with facility management to create a superior workplace environment. The position focuses on implementing experience programs that increase engagement and partnership between JLL, service partners, and while enhancing service delivery standards.
** Your day-to-day tasks will include:
*** Serving as the initial point of contact for all colleague inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to workplace services
* Conducting routine walkthroughs and assessments of soft services delivery to ensure compliance with service level agreements and performance metrics
* Spending a minimum of two hours per day welcoming colleagues and walking floors to ensure work spaces are properly stocked and maintained
* Coordinating colleague communications and engagement via digital platforms as required
* Supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
* Working with key stakeholders to organize, host, and operationalize engagement events within assigned client locations
* Managing conference room bookings and resolving scheduling conflicts while providing administrative support for soft services
** Physical Demands and Work Environment:
*** Office-based work environment requiring extensive walking and standing throughout the day
* Ability to spend minimum two hours daily walking floors and welcoming colleagues
* Physical capability to conduct routine facility walkthroughs and assessments
* Manual dexterity required for technology operation and administrative tasks
* Ability to lift and move materials for event setup and facility maintenance as needed
* Professional appearance and demeanor required for client-facing interactions

* Required Qualifications:
*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
* Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with demonstrated passion for hospitality
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate professionally at all levels
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational skills and process management capabilities
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, One Note, and Outlook
* Ability to work independently with strong prioritization and time management skills
*
* Preferred Qualifications:
*** 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, or operations
* Knowledge of commercial real estate industry and practices
* Experience with third-party vendor relationship management
* Familiarity with workplace technology and digital engagement platforms
* Background in event planning and coordination
* Experience with data collection and analysis for performance reporting
* Understanding of service level agreements and compliance requirements
