RN Day Center Administrator
Job Overview:

Elite Home Care and Day Centers is currently seeking an RN Administrator for our day center location in Columbia, SC. The RN Administrator is chiefly responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the Day Center, including budget management and staff supervision. The Administrator facilitates communication and organizes work processes among various disciplines to ensure the highest level of quality care for Center members.

They provide tours to prospective members and families, oversee the new admission process, obtain all required regulatory paperwork, and maintain documentation related to member care and Center procedures to promote quality and regulatory compliance. The Administrator also prepares records to keep the center ready for DHEC/DHHS inspections and is tasked with meeting monthly census goals to promote center growth.

Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

Experience / Requirements:
  • RN license in good standing (required)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (required)
  • Experience managing staff and budget oversight (required)
  • Current CPR certification (required)
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • Experience caring for older adults with memory concerns such as Alzheimer’s disease and dementia (preferred)
  • Experience caring for special‑needs adults (preferred)
  • Salary based on experience

Job Type: Full‑time Salaried, Monday‑Friday

Mon‑Fri only, no weekends, no holidays, no on‑call duties.
