Kingstree, SC
- Serve as the first point of contact for client, providing exceptional customer service and assistance with inquiries.
- Efficiently manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client information and interactions.
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments for clients and staff, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline intake processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
- High School Diploma
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in healthcare or social services setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Hourly Rate $12.00 per hour
Shift 7.5 hours per day
