Salary: $55-60K

What your future day will look like- Prepare and maintain customer quotes, pricing documentation, and sales records with accuracy.
- Manage order processing, including entering data, verifying confirmations, and maintaining customer files.
- Update CRM systems and spreadsheets to track quotes, projects, and active orders.
- Coordinate trade shows, company events, and customer visits, including logistics and materials.
- Support marketing efforts by managing brochures, promotional items, and sales materials.
- Handle incoming calls, route inquiries, and maintain office organization and supply inventory.

- Experience in administrative, sales support, or office coordination roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or ability to learn quickly)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast?paced environment
- Professional communication skills with both customers and internal teams
- Proactive, dependable work style with strong follow?through
