AdvertisedJob Summary
Under the supervision of the practicum administrator, the student services program coordinator will initiate, organize, complete, and document tasks for the team and will provide assistance to the department. The coordinator will work daily to prepare necessary documentation and will communicate with practicum team, students, and sites to meet needs for individual student practicums and clinical graduation requirements.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)—
Preferred Qualifications- Self starter with familiarity with database software and standard office software.
- Ability to plan and organize work activities effectively, to prioritize task completion according to specific deadlines and objectives; professional communication skills for different stakeholder groups such as team members, students, and practicum sites.
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in interpreting and applying policies and procedures.
