Graduate Enrollment Coordinator

Department: CON Nursing – Office of Student Affairs

Job Summary

The Graduate Enrollment Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Director of Graduate Enrollment Management in support of graduate recruitment, admissions processing, onboarding, and graduate student engagement activities. This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective and admitted graduate students, ensuring a responsive, professional, and student‑centered experience throughout the enrollment process.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment events, onboarding activities, and student communications.
  • Manage multiple priorities, problem‑solve and follow‑through.
  • Collaborate across departments.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to applicants and students.
  • Support the graduate enrollment process from application through admission.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Background in graduate admissions, higher education, or enrollment management.
  • Working knowledge of Slate or comparable CRM/admissions systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate recruitment events, onboarding activities, and student communications.
  • Understanding of academic program processes and student services operations.

  • Customer service, professional communication, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, problem‑solve, follow‑through, and adapt in a deadline‑driven environment.
