Job Responsibilities
The Junior Post Award Administrator provides post-award grant administration support within the Molinaroli College of Engineering and Computing (MCEC). Working under the guidance of the Director of Post Award and Senior Post Award Administrators, this position assists with the day-to-day administrative management of sponsored awards, assisting with account maintenance, retroactive payroll processing, reporting, reconciliations, and grants management activities. This role is key in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting operations and strengthening internal controls.
Required Education and Experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with post-award grant administration or sponsored programs management. Familiarity with grant management systems, and sponsored project administration processes in higher education or research. Knowledge of federal sponsor regulations and compliance requirements preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret sponsor guidelines and University policies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong customer service orientation and collaborative approach.
