Graduate Enrollment Coordinator
The Graduate Enrollment Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Director of Graduate Enrollment Management in support of graduate recruitment, admissions processing, onboarding, and graduate student engagement activities. This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective and admitted graduate students, ensuring a responsive, professional, and student-centered experience throughout the enrollment process.

Qualifications- Background in graduate admissions, higher education, or enrollment management.
- Working knowledge of Slate or comparable CRM / admissions systems.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate recruitment events, onboarding activities, and student communications.
- Understanding of academic program processes and student services operations.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Skilled in customer service, professional communication, confidentiality and discretion.
- Must be able to collaborate across departments.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities, problem-solve, follow-through, and adapt in a deadline-driven environment.
