Job ResponsibilitiesYou will join the secretariat team and will be responsible for: the digital entry and follow-up of contracts, the archiving of administrative and financial documents, handling incoming and outgoing mail on Corail software, managing managers' calendars on Outlook, participating in all activities necessary for the proper functioning of the sub-directorate. You may also be required to provide administrative support to the "Mastery of the Operational Environment and Nuclear Safety" office on the entry of information into a dedicated information system.
Your responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the administrative and financial management of contracts (digital follow-up, entry and classification)
- Participating in all activities necessary for the proper functioning of the service (physical reception, telephone switchboard, document drafting...)
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Contributing to the management of documentation
- Providing managers and teams with optimal organizational assistance (leave planning, official messages, updating organization charts, training census...)
- Contributing to team cohesion
- Preparing the setup of meetings and providing logistical support for scheduled visits
You have at least 3 years of experience in secretarial work.
